background: #666666; margin-top: 6px;\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>DDR5\u5177\u5907\u8d85\u9ad8\u901f\u3001\u4f4e\u529f\u8017\u548c\u5927\u5bb9\u91cf\u7279\u6027, \u5c06\u6210\u4e3a\u5927\u6570\u636e(Big Data), \u4eba\u5de5\u667a\u80fd (AI) \u548c\u673a\u5668 \u5b66\u4e60 (Machine Learning) \u7b49\u65b0\u4e00\u4ee3\u7cfb\u7edf\u7406\u60f3\u7684 DRAM\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7ee71Y\u7eb3\u7c73\u5de5\u827a\u76848Gbit(Gb)DDR4\u4e4b\u540e, SK\u6d77\u529b\u58eb\u4e8e2018\u5e7411\u6708\u9762\u5411\u5404\u5927\u4e3b\u8981\u82af\u7247\u7ec4\u5236\u9020\u5546, \u63a8\u51fa\u4e0eDDR4 \u91c7\u7528\u76f8\u540c\u5fae\u7ec6 \u5316\u5de5\u827a\u768416Gb DDR5 \u3002\u65b0\u4e00\u4ee3DDR5 DRAM\u652f\u63015200Mbps\u7684\u6570\u636e\u4f20\u8f93\u901f\u7387, \u6bd4\u4e0a\u4e00\u4ee33200Mbps\u7684\u6570\u636e\u4f20\u8f93\u901f\u7387\u5feb\u4e86 60\u5de6\u53f3\u3002\u540c\u6837\u5728\u4eca\u5e742\u6708, \u5728\u7f8e\u56fd\u65e7\u91d1\u5c71\u4e3e\u884c\u76842019\u56fd\u9645\u56fa\u6001\u7535\u8def\u4f1a\u8bae (the International Solid-State Circuits Conference 2019, \u7b80\u79f0ISSCC) \u4e0a, SK\u6d77\u529b\u58eb\u8be6\u7ec6\u4ecb\u7ecd\u4e8616Gb DDR5, \u8868\u793a\u8be5\u4ea7\u54c1\u6280\u672f\u4e0a\u652f\u6301\u7684\u6570\u636e\u4f20\u8f93\u901f\u7387\u9ad8\u8fbe6400Mbps\u3002<\/p>\n<div style=\"height: 16px; margin-top: 6px;\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>\u4e0e\u4e0a\u4e00\u4ee3\u4ea7\u54c1DDR4\u76f8\u6bd4, DDR5\u4e0d\u4ec5\u5728\u529f\u8017\u4e0a\u964d\u4f4e\u4e8630%, \u6570\u636e\u4f20\u8f93\u901f\u7387\u8fd8\u63d0\u5347\u4e8660%\u3002DDR5\u652f\u630141.6GByte\/\u79d2\u7684\u6570\u636e\u4f20\u8f93\u901f\u7387, \u76f8\u5f53\u4e8e\u4e00\u79d2\u5185\u80fd\u5904\u740611\u90e8\u5168\u9ad8\u6e05 (Full-HD)\u7535\u5f71\u7684\u5bb9\u91cf\u3002<\/p>\n<p>2018\u5e7411\u6708, SK\u6d77\u529b\u58eb\u6210\u529f\u7814\u53d1\u4e16\u754c\u9996\u4e2aDDR5 DRAM\u3002\u8be5\u4ea7\u54c1\u91c7\u7528\u4e0eJEDEC\u4e00\u81f4\u7684DDR5\u6807\u51c6, \u50a8\u5e93(Bank)\u7684\u6570\u91cf\u4ece16\u7ffb\u756a\u81f332\u3002\u7a81\u53d1\u957f\u5ea6 (Burst Length, \u5373\u8fde\u7eed\u4f20\u8f93\u7684\u5468\u671f\u6570) \u4e5f\u4ece8\u7ffb\u756a\u81f316\u3002\u4e0e\u6b64\u540c\u65f6, \u8fd9\u6b3e\u6700\u65b0DRAM\u8fd8\u5305\u542b\u9519\u8bef\u7ea0\u6b63\u4ee3\u7801 (Error Correcting Code, \u7b80\u79f0ECC\uff09\u7b97\u6cd5, \u4ece\u800c\u5c06\u5927\u5927\u63d0\u5347\u5927\u5bb9\u91cf\u7cfb\u7edf\u7684\u53ef\u9760\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7531\u4e8e\u91c7\u7528\u6700\u65b0\u5148\u8fdb\u6280\u672f\u5b9e\u73b0\u8d85\u9ad8\u901f\u4e14\u53ef\u9760\u7684\u52a8\u4f5c\u6027\u80fd, \u8be5\u4ea7\u54c1\u7684\u6570\u636e\u5904\u7406\u901f\u5ea6\u5f97\u5230\u5927\u5e45\u63d0\u5347, \u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u5de9\u56fa\u4e86SK\u6d77\u529b\u58eb\u7684\u6280\u672f\u7ade\u4e89\u529b\u548c\u884c\u4e1a\u9886\u5148\u5730\u4f4d\u3002<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-3251 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/d3kr8rj3cmzqzl.cloudfront.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/29185307\/SK-hynix_DRAM_Spec.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"622\" \/><\/p>\n<div style=\"height: 16px;
