This promising SDRAM market sector is anticipated to increase from approximately 8 percent in 2001 to 15 percent in 2005, consuming a larger portion of the DRAM market segment. Manufactured utilizing 0.18-micron technology, the 8M x 32 consists of two 128Mb 8M x 16 components featured with 133MHz CL2 and packaged in a multi-chip 90-ball Fine-Pitch Ball Grid Array (FPBGA).
