Park as its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer(CEO).<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, the board has announced the appointment of Mr. Sang Park, the current Chief Operating Officer as the new President and CEO. In addition, Dr. Y.W. Jun, the current outside director has been elected as the new Chairman of the board.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, hynix board has established a new office for a divesture of non-memory business.
