The year 2025 was a pivotal one for SK hynix, marked by record-breaking results and a clear growth in both quality and scale. These accomplishments were made possible by the collective focus, capabilities, and determination of our members and management, all united by our \u201cone-team\u201d spirit. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to all SK hynix members, as well as to our shareholders and stakeholders, for your continued trust and unwavering support.<\/p>\n

Now is the time for us to build upon last year\u2019s achievements and take on new challenges. Demand for AI, which was once considered an exceptional opportunity, has now become a given, while competition continues to intensify. As the recognized market leader across key areas, the responsibilities placed upon us have reached unprecedented levels.<\/p>\n

Our ultimate aspiration goes beyond simply maintaining our market leadership. We aim to evolve into a truly world-class company that places customer satisfaction at the highest priority, serves as a genuine partner to our customers, and contributes to the sustainable development of society.<\/p>\n

To achieve this vision:<\/p>\n

1. We must continue to uphold our technological leadership and profitability-focused management approach based on the SK Management System*<\/span> (SKMS), while pursuing bolder investments and preparing for the future.<\/p>\n

2. While we take pride in our position as an industry leader and use it as a positive driving force, we must never lose the mindset of a challenger. The Super Excellent*<\/span> (SUPEX) spirit of bold ambition, constant self-reflection, collaboration, and rigorous technical and strategic discussions must remain at the core of our one-team culture.<\/p>\n

3. In the rapidly changing AI environment, speed is paramount to securing market competitiveness. By developing advanced technologies and next-generation products before others and accelerating AI adoption, we can strengthen our competitive edge across the entire operations improvement (O\/I) value chain.<\/p>\n

To evolve into a true full-stack AI memory creator, we must move beyond existing frameworks and creatively propose and realize the value our customers need most.<\/p>\n
