These accomplishments were made possible by the collective focus, capabilities, and determination of our members and management, all united by our “one-team” spirit. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to all SK hynix members, as well as to our shareholders and stakeholders, for your continued trust and unwavering support.
Now is the time for us to build upon last year’s achievements and take on new challenges. Demand for AI, which was once considered an exceptional opportunity, has now become a given, while competition continues to intensify. As the recognized market leader across key areas, the responsibilities placed upon us have reached unprecedented levels.
Our ultimate aspiration goes beyond simply maintaining our market leadership. We aim to evolve into a truly world-class company that places customer satisfaction at the highest priority, serves as a genuine partner to our customers, and contributes to the sustainable development of society.
To achieve this vision:
1. We must continue to uphold our technological leadership and profitability-focused management approach based on the SK Management System1 (SKMS), while pursuing bolder investments and preparing for the future.
2. While we take pride in our position as an industry leader and use it as a positive driving force, we must never lose the mindset of a challenger. The Super Excellent2 (SUPEX) spirit of bold ambition, constant self-reflection, collaboration, and rigorous technical and strategic discussions must remain at the core of our one-team culture.
3. In the rapidly changing AI environment, speed is paramount to securing market competitiveness. By developing advanced technologies and next-generation products before others and accelerating AI adoption, we can strengthen our competitive edge across the entire operations improvement (O/I) value chain.
