“What if you could move your office overseas and live in a completely new environment for a few weeks?”
At the end of 2022, a dozen employees of SK hynix returned to their offices in South Korea after a unique five-week experience. Through the Global eXperience Program (GXP), participants enhanced their global competencies by being sent to workplaces around the globe to work simultaneously on tasks from their South Korean and on-site offices. The program is anticipated to contribute to the company’s advancement as an organization’s competitive edge stems from the experiences and growth of its employees.
