Hyundai MicroElectronics Receives CMTLSM Award at IDF

– Hyundai MicroElectronics today received the CMTL (Computer Memory Test Labs) award for the highest number of Intel advanced qualifications by a DRAM manufacturer. The award was presented at the annual Intel Developer Forum (IDF) here.

Hyundai MicroElectronics is the leading worldwide DRAM supplier with a wide array of memory products targeted at applications including graphics, networking, low to mid-range PC and server main memory, set-top boxes, HDTV, DVD, and other consumer electronics designs. CMTL, Huntington Beach, CA is the third party Memory test lab authorized by Intel to qualify memory devices for use in PC and server products that use Intel microprocessors and chipsets. Farhad Tabrizi, Vice President Marketing and Planning, DRAM Business Unit at Hyundai MicroElectronics, said, “The CMTL award is tangible evidence of Hyundai’s industry technology leadership role, and our commitment to quality, and customer support.
