SK hynix has unveiled its new integrated recruitment strategy, “Talent hy-way,” designed to connect global, regional, and AI-driven capabilities, formalizing its talent acquisition system and strengthening future competitiveness.
The strategy reflects the company’s commitment to seizing the critical window for securing top-tier talent. By establishing its own distinct recruitment brand, SK hynix aims to build a “talent highway” that more quickly connects the company with outstanding candidates worldwide.
‘Talent hy-way’: Unlimited Pathways Toward Talent

“Talent hy-way” represents SK hynix’s recruitment strategy, conceptualized as a “dedicated express route” that enables top global talent to reach their career goals at SK hynix rapidly and efficiently.
To bring this vision to life, the company is rebranding its existing experienced-hire brand, renaming “Monthly hynix Talent” as “Monthly hy-way.” Expanding beyond a hiring structure centered primarily on experienced professionals, SK hynix is shifting to a year-round recruitment system that encompasses both entry-level and skilled technical roles. In addition, the company is overhauling operations to allow qualified candidates to apply without restrictions on timing or application channels.
SK hynix is also enhancing accessibility to recruitment information. The existing careers website has been revamped as the “SK hynix Talent Hub,” providing a centralized location for candidates to access job descriptions, application guidelines, and the latest hiring news.
These changes to the recruitment system are expected to generate synergy with the recent influx of talent into the semiconductor industry. Amid a virtuous cycle in which top science and engineering graduates are increasingly entering the semiconductor field, SK hynix aims to further strengthen its image as the prime destination where aspiring talent can come together. To actualize this vision, the new strategy will be driven by three core pillars: securing global talent, expanding regional bases, and advancing AI-based recruitment.

To push beyond the technological limits of semiconductors, SK hynix is strengthening its global recruitment activities, focusing on securing top-tier talent from overseas.
The company plans to roll out a series of initiatives, including campus recruiting at major universities in the U.S. and Japan, a global internship program for international students, and a global forum to foster technical exchanges with research professionals in the Americas. Furthermore, starting in March, all postings will also include job descriptions in English, increasing accessibility for international applicants.

SK hynix is accelerating its efforts to strengthen regional talent networks, aiming to secure comprehensive access to top talent nationwide and to provide a more robust information network for local university students.
